This edition of the CSTIC Congress, organized by the AEC CSTIC Community since 2010, will be held in Madrid on 30 May under the slogan «Be Agile. Be Digital. Be Secure.» During the Congress the prize CSTIC Quality 2017 will be awarded.

Technology has become the cornerstone of the disruptive change process we are attending in today’s economic and business environment. It is, at the same time, cause and effect, directly involved in the management of change, which generates open fronts of potential risks from the perspective of security. In addition, technology is essential in the cultural and business transformation of organizations.

The AEC CSTIC 2017 Congress, which has the slogan Be Agile, Be Digital, Be Secure, will revolve around three concepts that are increasingly present in organizations: Agility, Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity.

We will speak of Agile Management Models in an environment of digital transformation, of approaches and cases of digital transformation in the company through the processes. We will also address different aspects of cybersecurity such as information security, cyber insurance and security incident response.

Panel sponsors this year the Congress, and we will also participate with a presentation by Pablo Rivera, Director of Operations and Cofounder of Panel Sistemas, in which he will talk about how to apply Lean Management thanks to Digital Transformation. In this paper, we will show through very practical cases (based on actual own experiences), how it is possible to transform traditional management processes towards Lean management, in a very short time. We will use the services, applications and technologies that the digital transformation already makes available to all companies, with low implementation costs.
