INNOVATION LABORATORY
Our innovation laboratory acts as incubator to facilitate fearless experimentation. Takes care of validate value propositions in the different markets, and launch the development of PMVs (Minimum Viable Product), living with uncertainty.
We carry out this innovation operation through Cellular Organizations, a management model that optimizes the way to implement the Lean culture both in the organization of the teams and in the discovery of the market.
