Personal productivity and time management – Session 1
27/01/2022 / 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Do you want to take control of your time and achieve more with less stress? Do you have an excess of information, too many tasks and too little time to get everything done? Do you feel like you need to organize yourself better? Are you not able to reconcile your professional and personal life?
In this workshop, we will teach you methods and tools in order to make the most of your active time, and achieve more results with less effort.
Most of us are not taught to manage our workload, to prioritize our energy and attention, to limit interruptions.
In our day to day, we tend to work on multi-tasking and team projects, where most of the time a simple “planning” is not enough. To this we add that in our personal sphere, we must also attend to a multitude of tasks, of different types, and in different contexts, which makes us constantly have a feeling of lack of control over our time.
In this introductory workshop, we will teach you various methods and simple tools, but incredibly effective, which will allow you free yourselves from anxiety, learn to prioritize your attention, and ultimately, that will make your lives be more productive and easier to manage.
