Monitoring dashboard of different HR areas

THE CHALLENGE

Data Mining process automation from the HR area from different sources, and integration in a single space while developing the different visualization elements and determining the governance policies for the different user types.

 

Integrating the different data sources and availing ourselves of DOMO ability to consume data in different ways, the aim is to reduce study times and simplify the key metrics by creating new dashboards, enabling self-service dashboards and creating alarms.

In addition, security policies will be implemented so that each user profile only sees the corresponding data despite being integrated and centralized.

THE SOLUTION

The data are extracted and integrated from the different data sources. Subsequently, already on the platform, they are treated and debugged and after the different display elements are created.

 

In the first instance, the different client HR areas and their data sources are identified. At the same time, the different governance rules must be defined for the people who will access this data and the different alarms that must be set after the data integration.

DOMO connects to the different data sources that are subsequently debugged. Afterwards, these data must be studied to identify the dimensions and metrics that already exist in the solution and rename them, or if they do not exist, create them so as not to have to modify the ETL process or the datasets that will feed the dashboards.

Alternatively, customer training can be offered to be able to exploit the self-service consumption model that would make the platform optimal.
