For Panel, meet our customers satisfaction with the services provided, and to know how we managed to provide the value they expect, is vital in our business strategy and is one of the main pillars of our commitment to quality. Therefore, Satisfaction Survey is a key element that allows us to regularly analyze the level of satisfaction of our customers, and identify areas for improvement in the provision of our services. Here is a summary of the results of the latest survey conducted at year end 2015.
Participation this year was much higher than previous years. Of the total sample chosen, have been participated a 53.8% customer companies, with the following distribution by years old:

The level of customer satisfaction with the service provided has improved quite noticeably, reaching an overall score throughout Survey of 4.2 points out of 5.
As can be seen in the chart below, the % of Very Satisfied Customers, ie, that have given greater or equal to 4 points average score, has increased very significantly over the last 5 years.
We can also see that by type of service provided, the scores are high, and the most valued services are the Software Construction and evolutive maintenance services, and other Services (implementation, certification, etc.).
Finally, analyzing each of the specific questions of the survey, we can see that the best valued attributes of the service by our customers, have been the professionalism of the team, its technical skills, proactive attitude and initiative, and our responsiveness to unexpected events.
