The successful experience of the pilot workshop "Entrepreneurship in 3 days" that was held last year within the framework of the Panel of Entrepreneurs, demonstrated that within the company we have enormous individual potential to develop and introduced us to the practical application of the Lean Startup movement to search for new business models. Thus, this April we started a new workshop: «LeanStartup to start in 3 months», a new experience on intrapreneurship and practical application of the Lean Startup movement.
This time, we extend the workshop format to 3 months involving some 25 people, combined in teams committed to exploring markets in the development phase. INCUBATE, together with teams of intrapreneurs in the phase of DEVISE.
In this workshop, teams must design a business model, validate hypotheses and present the business project as an expression of their talent and ambition. In summary, the activity during these months will consist of deepen the Lean Startup and Customer Development methodology, working all areas of the Business Canvas in a practical and close way, identifying hypotheses, designing experiments and metrics, and going out to the streets to obtain feedback as soon as possible and validate our business idea.
